Chris is a Registered Psychologist with experience in health and private settings. Chris offers a person-centred approach to individuals.

Chris uses evidence-based strategies to support his clients in areas including:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• LGBTIQ+ issues
• Adjusting to life transitions

 Chris draws on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Chris continues to expand his therapeutic approach with professional development and following emerging research.
