Helen Sheeran
Helen Sheeran is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a Master’s graduate from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She specialises in the therapeutic treatment of complex trauma and chronic mental health conditions, working with a wide range of client presentations. She also provides clinical supervision to social workers, counsellors, and other allied health professionals.
Helen uses a range of modalities, working in a caring and compassionate way, to help reduce the impact of past trauma in your life, solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour.
