Daniel adapts a holistic evidenced based approach drawing on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness approaches to promote client outcomes.
