Christopher is a Registered Psychologist with a background in Public Health and Community Mental Health. He has experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds and across the lifespan; working with a wide range of issues, including:
Christopher uses evidence based, person-centered approaches to help individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and actions; promoting wellbeing, adaptive coping skills, and resilience. He utilizes a wide range of therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Analysis, and Mindfulness Based Therapies.
Christopher is committed to maintaining professional development standards. When at home he enjoys spending time with his children and family, playing and writing music, gardening, and keeping fit.
