OnBundock aims to provide organisations with a post-incident debriefing service conducted by one or several of our professionally qualified team members, to essentially, alleviate the pressures after a critical incident. We are accessible by telephone. However, as part of our Employee Assistance Program contracts, workplaces have Practitioners attending within 24 - 48 hours of the initial incident once we have been notified by telephone.
Our team of qualified and experienced psychologists at OnBundock offer a compassionate and caring approach to critical incident management. Examples of critical workplace incidents include unfortunate events where people view potential deaths, near misses, serious injury or human suffering. It is important that people involved in the incident, or witnessing the event are offered professional support in the days, weeks and months following the incident.
